Seanna attributes this life expereince to her ability to connect with people and help people find their own power in their healing process. In her practice Seanna typically uses the mind-body-spirit approach along with Tradtional Chinese Medicine to help individuals connect to their own healing power.
Seanna describes herself as being both "light hearted" and a "big laugher". She is a firm believer that having a good sense of humor and much laughter in your life can be the greatest medicine.
